10 Pacific is a current commercial project of nine architecturally designed warehouses and twelve premium self-storage units positioned directly on the M1 Pacific Motorway. It belongs in the live Taris set because the project combines mixed-use flexibility, secure gated entry, refined blue-grey and black detailing, and a level of commercial visibility that is hard to ignore.
The current project site frames 10 Pacific as Burleigh’s most connected commercial address, with direct exposure to more than 90,000 vehicles daily, immediate access to key arterial routes, and warehouse and storage formats that feel more considered than generic industrial stock. That tone and imagery should be carried through properly here as well.
