The Family Vision
Vairaktaris Family - from Our Family to Yours
The Taris Property Group are in the business of delivering dreams. Founded by Theodore Vairaktaris, they construct fully automated habitable spaces which blend luxury with functionality.
The man who built Usher Group from a one-man painting business into a construction and trades giant has turned his expertise to property development.
Theodore Vairaktaris has launched Taris Property Group, a boutique developer that focuses on building and renovating quality, high-end properties that benefit from his wealth of knowledge, attention to detail and artistic flair.
The company has just completed its latest project – a stylish renovation of 144 Tallebudgera Drive, Palm Beach – with Mr Vairaktaris spending months on-site overseeing the makeover including planning, coordinating, designing, budgeting and managing the build.
The property is now being marketed for sale by prestige property agency Kollosche, with the property set to be auctioned next month.
Mr Vairaktaris said Taris Property Group was the perfect vehicle for him to pursue his passion of crafting high-end habitable spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
“Having spent almost two decades heavily invested in the construction and trades industry, I have gained an intimate knowledge of what is functional and experiential for buyers,” said Mr Vairaktaris, who founded Usher Group almost 20 years ago and has an Open Building Licence.
“In a world of infinite possibilities, property owners and investors want unique, habitable and thoughtful environments that my eye for detail and creative flair will set our projects from others.
“It is one thing to build a house but another to create a dream, and Taris Property Group is ideally positioned to do just that alongside our partners.”
With proven consistency in the delivery of large-scale projects, Mr Vairaktaris said he was focused on utilising high-end brands and offering more experiences than normal dwellings.
“Our renovation of 144 Tallebudgera Drive was never going to be just another Gold Coast property,” he said.
“It was always going to be a statement and we have achieved that by approaching it as a fresh canvas where art meets design. My artistic experience has created a unique atmosphere and finely finished home that is the perfect example of the endless opportunities that await Taris Property Group.”
The fresh and up-and-coming developer teamed on the Tallebudgera Drive renovation with expert property interior designers at The Textures and Design Studio utilising a Hamptons theme, stylists at The Bungalow Home and one of two FSRC Feng Shui Masters in Australia Perrie Burton from the Karma Place. State-of-the-art technology has also ensured the home is now fully automated beyond belief creating an abundance of user experiences.
As the founder and owner of Usher Group, Mr Vairaktaris has grown the company to more than 512 people and annual turnover of $110 million and been honoured at numerous entrepreneurial and business awards and recently winning the Trades and Construction Business for September nominating them as a finalist for the GC Business Excellence of the year awards.
